I started doing Jazzercise in the 1990's and it never really stopped. Growing up with a dance floor in my parent's basement gave me a love of movement and rhythm. Music is a constant presence and that's why aerobics was my perfect exercise. I taught Jazzercise in two chapters of life, during my working years and also after I retired. The relationships I forged on the dance floor are for life. Once the center where I taught closed, I had to make the tough decision to stop teaching. I'm 61 and jumping around a dance floor isn't as easy as it once was. Still- while Jazzercise isn't for every person, it's for nearly every person. I've never been more fit. Try it.

Now, I've found a new passion in my goal of adding movement to each day-Pickleball! Once you master the bizarre method of scoring, it is so much fun, especially with my 55+ ladies league. Literally everyone is trying Pickleball so finding a court and a chance to attend an open play is not difficult. Be brave! Try something new and go crazy.
